Nighttime hGH Growth Hormone Formula contains the amino acids L-ornithine, L-arginine and glycine. Ornithine, arginine, and glycine are essential to maintaining a health pituitary gland. Glycine has a relaxing effect as does niacinamide, which is also contained in the formula. Nighttime GH Formula is to be taken directly before sleep on an empty stomach.

The recommended dose for healthy male adults:

Weight 100 to 140 pounds: 12 capsules

140 to 200 pounds: 18 capsules

Over 200 pounds: 24 capsules

Recommended dose for healthy, non-pregnant, non-lactating women:

Under 120 pounds, the six capsules;

120 to 180 pounds, 12 capsules;

Over 180 pounds, 18 capsules.

Nighttime hGH Growth Hormone Formula may be enhanced by taking one to three grams choline and 500 mg to two grams pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5).

Nighttime hGH Growth Hormone Formula does not cause or create masculine features such as excessive hair growth or large muscles in females.
