I recently finished a 3 week cycle (2-25-04 through 3-16-04) of M-One-T (M1T) and am pleased with the results.  I began at 11% body fat weighing 172 lbs. and finished at 11% body fat and now weigh 181 lbs.  It feels great rising above those plateaus!  Strength on all lifts increased about 5% overall and the extra muscle and definition is noticeable in the form of unsolicited comments from friends -- not to mention what I see in the mirror.  I consumed 1 cap 2 times per day (about 10-12 hours apart).  That doesn't go exactly according to the manufacturers instructions but it worked for me.  In addition, my protein intake was only .75 gm./lb. of body weight.  Most researchers in the field suggest at least 1.5 gm./lb. of body weight (twice what I was doing).  If I weren't so fond of carbs and fat, I'm sure I could accomplish the 1.5 gm./lb. without adding fat to my frame but I'm in no hurry.  After a 4 week layoff, my weight settled in at 177.  So, the net result is about 5 pounds of muscle.  An interesting thing about this product is weight gain is in the beginning of the cycle to the tune of about 1 pound per day and plateauing by week 2.  Other products (andro products, Finigenx, and one (1) testosterone) I've used take about 3 weeks to see weight and strength gains while plateuing in the 5-6 week range.
