Update -- January 2008. Lipodrene Thermo-Z Formula (similar to the original formula) contains 25mg per tablet and is now legal. The original manufacturer, Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals, discovered a certain extraction technique that makes it as effective as the original formula. In addition, it is not subject to federal or state bans due to the inability of it being converted into anything illicit.

Update -- On May 8, 2006 the FDA will appear before Denver's 10th Circuit Court of Appeals to attempt to overturn Federal Judge Tena Campbell's decision in Nutraceutical Corporation versus Crawford. Judge Campbell's decision is the reason we are able to sell ephedra products today.
Update -- 2-12-06 -- We hope that the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals finds that ephedra can continue to be sold, but there is no guarantee of its future.
