The main ingredient in Lipozene is glucomannan. It is a a fiber derived from konjac root and has been found in the scientific literature to be beneficial in weight loss control support and other positive side effects. However, glucomannan has been shown to be inferior to its brother, propolmannan. Propolmannan is much more effective than typical glucomannan that is found in Lipozene and many other supplement products throughout the world.

Glucomannan fiber acts as an appetite suppressant by producing the feeling of fullness or being satiated. When used as recommended, this fiber can lower calorie consumption supporting the control of weight loss. In addition, it can help with bowel movement control along with reducing the rate of carbohydrate absorption. Is Propolmannan Supercharged Glucomannan?
