Maintaining a healthy pituitary may be improved if one to three grams of choline and up to two grams of pantothenic acid are taken at the same time as amino acid releasers.  Both serve as precursors to the brains main neurotransmitter acetylcholine.  Acetylcholine is known to help maintain a healthy production of somatostatin (another name for hGH).58
