Butterbur/Rosmarinic Acid/Luteolin/Perilla Leaf - Nasal Congestion For hay fever sufferers, European clinical studies have demonstrated that butterbur, a flowering herb, can be very effective. Dosage and Use
Take one softgel twice daily with or without food, or as recommended by a
healthcare practitioner for nasal congestion.
Caution
Do not take with fiber
supplements, as fiber could interfere with absorption.

If persistent symptoms occur such as upper right abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or jaundice, stop taking and consult a physician.
