Bone Assure Calcium / Mineral Supplement is a comprehensive formula that: Provides a potent level of elemental magnesium and a highly absorbable form of calcium (bis-glycinate) that has been shown to assimilate as well as the mineral calcium citrate concerning support for the prevention of bone loss. The minerals zinc, manganese, silica, manganese, boron, and copper are also included. Vitamin D3, which is hormone-like is added for its benefits. Small levels of folic acid, B6 and TMG have also been combined in this calcium mineral supplement. Bone Assure comes in capsules (180) which open and disperse their powdered contents within five minutes of ingestion for absorption.  In contrast and, just for your information, some commercial calcium tablets may take hours for absorption -- or, pass through your system without absorbing at all.

Supplement Facts:  Serving Size - 3 capsules.  Servings Per Container - 60 Amount Per Serving Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 200 IU Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 7.5 mg Folate (as folic acid) 100 mcg Calcium (as calcium bis-glycinate) 500 mg Magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 160 mg Zinc (as zinc citrate) 6 mg Copper (as cupric sulfate) 750 mcg Manganese (as manganese citrate) 0.5 mg Boron (as amino acid complex) 1 mg Oat straw 10:1 extract (Avena sativa) (aerial part) 20 mg Trimethylglycine (TMG - as betaine anhydrous) 50 mg Other ingredients:  gelatin, magnesium stearate, and silica.

Dosage and Use: Suggested use for this product for men is:  4 capsules daily -- preferably 1 in the AM and 3 in the PM after your last meal Suggested use for this product for women is:  6 capsules daily -- preferably 1 in the AM, 1 in the afternoon and the last 4 in the PM after your last meal Check the calcium and mineral level of other supplements you may be using and also estimate the amount of calcium you may be receiving in your diet to determine how many of the above you need for absorption. This product is most effectively utilized when taken in divided doses with low level fiber meals for best absorption. Total calcium level intake of greater than 2000 mg elemental per day provides no added benefits.
