How Supplied
50mg 5-alpha androstane-3alpha,17beta-diol per capsule, 60 capsules per bottle. Recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules, 2 to 3 times daily.

Directions: Take 1-2 capsules 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed 12 weeks of continuous use.

Additional Information
Coordinate your doses such that you time the applicable ones 30 minutes before you workout. Also, be sure to take your doses on non-workout days as well as workout days.
